Berkshire Heating & Air Conditioning, LLC wanted to reach out with an update on what we are doing to support you as our Local Community navigates the personal and business implications of COVID-19. As we are a local Residential Service Company encountering many people and homes throughout our workday, we wanted to assure you that the following steps will be taken to minimize the spread of the COVID-19 Virus.

Please be assured that we are working hard to make sure you are protected from our contact with others. In keeping with CDC and local health official’s advice, we will be limiting direct contact with our customers while in their home. We are directing all Service Employees and Comfort Advisors to wash/sanitize hands after each home visit. In many cases, the employee will be wearing gloves also. If signatures are needed on paper, we will ask you to use your own pen if available. If signatures are needed on the I-Pad only to close a service ticket, the Service Personnel will sign the form for you with your permission. We will give every consideration to social distance space as well.

We are extremely aware of the Stock Market volatility at this time and the effects that can have on the income stream of certain customers. We have been working closely with our Financing Companies and if a new HVAC System is needed, there are several options available depending on your need. Please ask your Comfort Advisor or Service Personnel about the programs. All financing is offered dependent on credit.

We are monitoring the situation constantly and will make changes to the above steps as warranted by changes to CDC standards and recommendations. At the heart of our Core Values is you, our customer, and we will work our hardest to assure your safety and peace of mind during this challenging time.
